Customers’ names, postal and email addresses are also held encrypted on a computer so that their orders can be processed and any subsequent problems resolved.
Once the e-commerce shop is ready, then Credit card details will be handled securely by Stripe to ensure confidentiality. TLS encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data are protected.
Where appropriate, we may pass your email and /or telephone number to courier companies to allow them to update you directly about the status of your order.
